Food as Medicine

Eat plenty of fish — fish oil helps prevent headaches.
So does ginger, which reduces inflammation and pain. HAY FEVER? EAT YOGURT!
Eat lots of yogurt before pollen season.
Also-eat honey from your area (local region) daily.
