Class Action Suit Filed Against Google, and Google Buzz
Law firms in San Francisco and Washington, D.C., Wednesday filed a class-action complaint in San Jose, Calif., federal court against Google, and its Buzz technology, on behalf of Eva Hibnick, a 24-year-old Harvard Law School student.

Google Fixes Google Buzz Bug
Google has fixed a Web flaw that gave hackers a way to take control of Google Buzz accounts. The flaw was patched late Tuesday, just hours after being disclosed on a Web-hacking blog run by Robert Hansen, CEO of SecTheory.
Will Google Buzz Go the Way of Facebook Beacon?
In 2007 Facebook rolled out Beacon, an ad system that took parts of user s Facebook data that they thought were private, and made them public. Last week, Google s Buzz did something similar. Beacon was killed by public revolt--and a class-action lawsuit. Now for Buzz comes a potential FTC investigation.
