Cyberhomes.com: There Are Hopeful Signs In Housing Market
Earlier this month, the National Association of Realtors reported that sales of existing homes were up in February, and now, the trade organization s Pending Home Sales Index is showing an increase of 2.1 percent in February. But, the rise is a modest one - the index is still 1.4 percent below February 2008 s level.

In January 2008, there was an increase to the travel, career, tax, and real estate web sites. This was mostly due to the people in the UK looking back at the last year and making future plans for 2008.

Post PubCon Post, Back to Work And Best Wishes For 2008
December has been a crazy month for Anna and me. We jetted off to PubCon Vegas at the start of the month and had an amazing conference. Rand deserves a special mention for his werewolf’s party and David Klein for arranging the poker competition. I managed to keep in for a respectable distance before loosing out to SEOMoz’s Rebecca. Though I picked up some tips from sitting next to poker demons Merrick and Mario Lozano (PRleap) so expect a better showing next year.
