Leadership : Reaping What You Sow
Paul uses dozens of metaphors throughout 2 Corinthians. In the above passage, he compares stewardship to farming. In trying to encourage the Corinthian church to give generously to their brothers and sisters in Jerusalem, he instructs the church to view its resources as a farmer views sowing seed.
