PUBLIC MARKS from decembre with tags "Firefox Quatum" & legacy

A giant table, I think it would be important to also include whether an old extension is no longer possible (deprecated), or someone just hasn't written an alternative yet, or whether there exists a planned API addition that would make it possible.
