持相反觀點，如支持中國政府及反法輪功等人士所寫的文章，則未見刊登。大紀元上的一篇文章曾經預言中國共產黨將會在2005年走向滅亡。[3] 除了反共外，大紀元的觀點較為親美，例如支持總統喬治布殊的政策及其全球反恐，以及低調報導美軍虐囚事件。
