To many, property and real estate is one of the most solid forms of investments and we usually put a large amount of our income and savings toward this particular area. Capital appreciation and rental income may be one of the few perks of this low-risk, non-liquid asset, but what happens when tiem calls for an emergency sale of property? Even with demand, property like houses trot the market like huge, clumsy elephants, and trading one off may take some time.
