Top European Soccer Club
Remember the time when David Beckham made a shocking decision to play in the States? How about the time when Ronaldinho left FC Barcelona for another club? Stars like these are undeniably talented in terms of football and they have certainly created a name for their clubs, Real Madrid and Barcelona respectively. However, things have changed and these two no longer play for their beloved club but that did not affect the clubs much as Real Madrid and Barcelona still deliver world-class soccer to their fans.

Real Madrid - The Past & Present
Real Madrid Club de Fútbol, otherwise known as Real Madrid or Los Merengues was founded on the 6th of March, 1902. Since then, this Spanish Football Club has gone from strength to strength and is now the most successful team in Spain with a record 31 La Liga titles including 2 in the past 2 seasons. Besides the league title, Real Madrid has also been fruitful in the domestic cup competition (Copa del Rey) by winning it 17 times. Furthermore, the club has enjoyed tremendous success on the European front by winning the UEFA Champions League (or the European Cup as it was known before) an amazing 9 times – the most by any club in Europe.
