Currently, Google is holding an award program for all undergraduate and graduate university students across the nation to create their own personal 'gadget' that can be submitted in a variety of categories.

One high school in Oregon is offering a chance to win a used car to students who show up regularly and get good grades. Phoenix High School announced to students that showing up to school 95 percent of the time and earning a B average would put them in the drawing for two used cars.

State legislature now allows teens of Colorado who are home schooled to take a home schooled driver education course. Teens that are home schooled can opt to take a State approved Colorado driver education course to obtain their learner's permit and drivers license.
