Bully EQ
People with low EQ typically have a lack of empathy, respect, decency, common sense and ability to communicate with others in an effective way. They have little integrity or trustworthyness. They seem to think that bullying, intimidation, backstabbing, manipulation and deceit are normal behaviour.
