Chirbit is a free online tool for audio sharing. Enables users to record, upload, listen to and share sound bites easily. Recording from a webcam or mic there is roughly a 2 minute time limit.(I am working on extending this.) If you upload an mp3 or wav there is a 120MB file size limit which translates to about 2hours of mp3 or about 10 minutes of wav
