<b>For <a href="http://www.perl.com/">Perl</a></b> : URI::Fetch - Smart URI fetching (for syndication feeds, in particular). <br/> A perl module for fetching smartly URI : Cache, Etags, If-Modified-Since, gzip, etc... I should use it instead of <a href="http://www.linpro.no/lwp/">LWP</a> for my <a href="http://maxime.ritter.eu.org/orphelins-du-rss-feeds-non-officiels-breve149.html">unofficial feeds</a>.
