中華電信的美夢，想要利用用戶數來取得談判桌上的優勢，這次看來，NCC是不吃這套、行不通的，當時在混亂中倉促成軍的NCC委員會，而今能夠面對良知、公義和正義，做出這個重大的決議，將來對於國家的電信、有線電視和媒體產業的發展健全與否，有其深遠的影響，向NCC致敬！
